Dr. Sharon Scicluna, a lawyer by profession, was appointed Director Implementation (Env. & Climate) within the Ministry for the Environment, Energy and the Regeneration of the Grand Harbour, in 2023. She heads and coordinates environment and climate projects which fall within the remit of this Ministry. Before joining this Ministry, Dr. Scicluna had served as part of the senior management at the Ministry for Foreign and European Affairs, for over 15years. Dr. Scicluna has also lectured on various subjects related to law and diplomacy at the University of Malta.
